Welcome to the MyRoomie SafeStay: Emergency Accommodation ("SafeStay") service. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SafeStay and provide information about the service described below.
By using SafeStay, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use SafeStay. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least 18 years old.
Use of SafeStay: MyRoomie does not own, create, sell, resell, provide, control, manage, offer, deliver or provide Listings or Accommodations. Providers are solely responsible for their listings and accommodations.
Limitation of Liability: MyRoomie operates only as a platform that connects people in need with people offering emergency accommodation. MyRoomie will not be held responsible for any disputes, damages, injuries or other issues that may arise between the parties involved.
Safety: While we strive to promote a safe environment, MyRoomie cannot and does not guarantee the safety or suitability of any accommodations offered through SafeStay. We urge all users to consider their personal safety and perform any necessary research or precautions required before accepting or offering accommodations.
Disputes: Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of SafeStay will be settled directly between the parties involved. MyRoomie has no obligation to mediate or resolve any disputes.
No Endorsement: MyRoomie does not endorse any user, listing or accommodation. Any references to a user being "verified" (or similar language) only indicates that the user has completed a relevant verification or identification process and does not represent anything else.
Insurance: MyRoomie does not provide any form of insurance. Users are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance for any damages or mishaps that may occur.
Release: You agree to release MyRoomie from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of SafeStay.
By using SafeStay, you accept these Terms and confirm that you understand this statement: MYROOMIE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SAFESTAY SERVICE.
