We are looking for a flatmate for our apartment in Kypseli, St George
Square. A musician and an architect currently live here. It is a one
minute walk from St George Square in Kypseli, close to the metro and
the vibrant centre of Athens. All furniture/appliances are in good
working order and there is an air-conditioner in every room. We also
have autonomous heating.

Price is €330 per month including all bills. We like to keep the house clean, tidy and
environmentally friendly. So, we are looking for a respectful person
